while we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase...as we strive to include photos and measurements in each listing - please look them over carefully.  please note that if there are any flaws, spots etc., they are included in the description.  but in the event that an item needs to be returned...we will gladly accept returns under the following criteria... 

- communication must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.  each item is shipped with a tracking number - which verifies the date & time of delivery

- item must be returned in same condition as received and within 14 days of receiving item. this means that if an item was shipped to you with tags...all tags must be intact. if item is not returned as was shipped...or if item has been worn or damaged - sorry, we will not issue a refund 

 - shipping costs incurred in sending item back are not refundable

- 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund
